Technology innovator Sheldon Laube believes that the advent of user-generated content represents the single most disruptive event of the past twenty years, and if we are to benefit from the massive influx of information it represents, we need to develop mechanisms that will enable us to sort out authentic, authoritative knowledge from that which we derive from individuals.
